Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your return shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
